Our History
Larry started Popkin Real Estate, LLC in 2008 after selling AREA properties, Inc. in Astoria. In 2013, his brother, Mark Popkin, moved back to Oregon and joined the company. At that time, the real estate market was improving and Larry decided to expand the services of the company.
